We ran our third Introduction to Tilapia Seed Production training course in Thailand. Participants came from Austria, Portugal, South Africa and the Philippines and included three farmers and two Technical Managers fromBiomin of Austria. It was a real pleasure to train them all.

We were very pleased to supply a lot of equipment for the new hatchery which is being set up in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. The hatchery will be turning out 4 million sex reversed fry per month very soon.
FarmAqua consultants Angus MacNiven & Teerapon Chunjinda spent a busy few weeks at the Malawi National Aquaculture Center at Domasi installing a recirculating tilapia egg and fry nursery unit. This was under a USAID funded project, COMPASS II managed by Development Alternatives Inc. of Washington.
